Return policy

Returns 
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product, subject to the arrival time of the express logistics certificate.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the items you purchased back to the manufacturer.
For the returned products, we need to charge 30% of the product price as the depreciation cost.
The shipping cost for the returned products is borne by the purchaser.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification of receipt by email. We will also notify you whether your refund application is approved or rejected. If your refund application is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
